Robin focuses her time on assisting clients through the mortgage loan process. After meeting with Pam and deciding on a mortgage strategy, she is actively involved in keeping all parties to the transaction updated on a weekly basis. Pam reviews each file with her in great detail so she is able to submit the file to our “in house” processor for underwriting.  If Pam is in a consultation, Robin is qualified to assist with applications and can usually answer most questions regarding the file. As the closing date approaches, she makes sure all clients have a Settlement Statement to review and confirm closing locations, date and times. Robin knows how important it is to initiate a genuine relationship with the client, and is committed to customer satifaction.
