Kim Garman

As Pam’s Loan Processor, Kim focuses her time on making sure our underwriter has all the required documents needed to support the loan application. This includes pay stubs, W-2’s, bank statements, etc. She also takes care of coordinating the third party venders who are needed to clear a loan to close on time. This includes confirming property insurance, builder certifications and so forth. She will often have direct communication with the client in an effort to make sure all documents are received and that all disclosures are signed and dated appropriately. Once the file has been underwritten, she works with the closing department to make sure the settlement agent receives the loan package in a timely manner. When the attorney sends the Settlement Statement, it is reviewed by Pam for accuracy before she sends to all parties for funding.
